Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a woody base material that is highly elastic, and excellent in decorativeness, has heat insulating properties, and is suitably used as a flooring material, wall material, ceiling material, and so on, by mixing wood chips, a solvent and a resin followed by foaming and hardening of the resin into a shape of a plate. CONSTITUTION:For instance, wood chips 1 having a particle diameter of 100mu- 1mm. that have been produced when white birch is cut is colored with a water- soluble dye. The wood chips, water as a solvent and an isocyanate type resin 2 are mixed followed by foaming of the resin 2 and forming into a shape of a plate by nest plates 3 to produce the intended woody base material 4. It is preferred that the mixing ratio of the wood chips 1, the solvent and the resin 2 is 100:50:10.

（発明の目的） 本発明は上記従来のかかる木質基材の欠点を悉く解消し

能を発揮する木質基材を簡便に得る製法を汎く社会に提

本発明は粒径１００μ乃至１％（望ましくは５００μ）
のホワイトメワンチ材の切削時に発生する木片（１）を
水溶性染料でもって着色処理を行ない、インシアネート
系樹脂（２）と混合する。尚溶剤はこの場合には水であ
り、木片（１）と溶剤とイソシアネート系樹脂（２）の
混合比は１００　：’　５０　：　１０とするのが望ま
しい。次いで該インシアネート系樹脂（２）を発泡せし
めるとともに、型板（３）でもって板状となして、木質
基材（４）を得るものである。尚イソシアネート系樹脂
（２）の発泡は常温で約Ｕ時間程度放置しておくことに

本発明によって得られた木質−基材は弾力、性があり、
更に高い断熱効果も有しており、又樹脂を発泡させる際
に型板形状を変えることによって種々の表面形状を得る
ことが出来るという装飾性に優れているという効果を有
している。本発明の製法によって得られた木質基材の用
途としては表面に化粧単板、化粧塗装等を施して、床材
