Pigments for coloring are added to the above-mentioned materials, water is added, and the mixture is mixed and kneaded to prepare a colored kneader. (
In the present invention, the color of the pigment is changed and two or more types of such colored mixtures are prepared.) The pigments used here are generally the same inorganic pigments, but some organic pigments and dyes are used. etc. can also be used.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a plate-shaped molded product extruded from an extruder die. In the figure, 1 is an extruder die, 2 is a molded product take-up conveyor, and 3 is a molded product. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the plate-shaped molded body 3. As can be seen from the enlarged view in FIG. 2, when colored kneaded materials of different colors are alternately fed to the extruder and extruded, the colored layer at the end has a circular cross section (hereinafter referred to as a tree ring pattern). ] is continuously extruded. This is because the flow velocity of the material is different between the part in contact with the wall of the extruder die and the center part, and the flow velocity distribution has a A pattern appears. This annual ring pattern can be changed depending on the extrusion speed of the extruder. However, although it is possible to form a plate-shaped body with a cross-sectional pattern of annual rings in this way, as shown in Fig. 2. As is clear, the surface and side surfaces of the plate form a very thin colored layer of one color. (the colors of the two are mixed at the die part and become one color), it is not possible to obtain an inorganic plate-like body with a substantially wood grain pattern on the surface, which is the object of the present invention. The purpose of this invention is to obtain an inorganic plate-shaped body having a wood grain pattern, and for this purpose, in the present invention, the surface or side surface of the molded body is cut into thin slices. In this case, cutting is performed by curing the hydraulic inorganic molded body. There is no problem with cutting it either before or after, but considering the return (reuse) of the material, it is preferable to cut it immediately after molding and before curing. The surface and side surfaces of the molded body are shown as slices. There are no limitations on the curing method for the molded product of the present invention.Generally, curing methods for hydraulic inorganic materials such as leaving indoors, moist heat curing, autoclave curing, underwater curing, etc. The method adopted in can be applied.

次に本発明の第2の発明について説明する。Next, the second invention of the present invention will be explained.

The second invention is that when a substantially plate-shaped body is extruded by alternately (sequentially) feeding two or more hydraulic inorganic materials of different colors to an extruder, the plate-shaped body is placed inside the extruder die. This invention relates to a method for producing an inorganic building board that has a substantially wood grain pattern and is characterized by extrusion molding with a partition plate so that a part of the surface or side surface of the board is separated and extruded.

The present invention μ The material is prepared and extruded in the same manner as in the previous invention, but unlike the previous invention, the surface or side surface of the extruded product is not cut later, but during extrusion molding. This is a method in which the surface or side surfaces of the molded product are separated and taken out inside the die (mold), and if the whole method of the present invention is used, it is possible to cut the surface or side surfaces of the molded product later. It can be easily separated and is ideal for returning uncured inorganic materials for reuse. For this purpose, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG.
Use die 4. That is, a partition plate (
Blade) 5 is provided. By extrusion molding using the die of the present invention, a plate-shaped body having a substantially wood grain pattern on the surface or side surface can be obtained as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8.

硬化養生させる方法は前述と同様で良い。The hardening and curing method may be the same as described above.
