Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pattern with external appearance of natural beauty by a method wherein the required quantity of different color extruded precolored resin composition pats from sub-extruders, the delivery rate of each of which is variable and a necessary number of which are arranged on the kneading part of a main extruder, are added to the required positions of a main extruded precolored resin composition part. CONSTITUTION:Green kneaded mixture 1 consists in kneading 20pts.wt. of unsaturated polyester resin, 20pts.wt. of styrene monomer, 1pt.wt. of dicumyl peroxide, 10pts.wt of glass fibers, 46pts.wt. of calcium carbonate, 1pt.wt. of zinc stearate, 2pts.wt. of green coloring agent by means of a kneader. Black kneaded mixture 2 consists in kneading the mixture of the same composition as that of the green kneaded mixture except that the green coloring agent is changed by black coloring agent. 95pts.wt. of the green kneaded mixture 1 is charged and further kneaded in a single extruder. 5pts.wt. of the black kneaded mixture 2, which is divided into a necessary number of single extruders at the center of the kneading part of said single extruder. The divided black kneaded mixtures 2 are continuously added to the green kneaded mixture 1 extruded from the single extruder. The resultant delivered part is cut into the required weight in order to obtain molding material with pattern. A molded ash tray is obtained by compression-molding said molding material with pattern at the mold temperature of 155 deg.C and mold pressure of 150kg/cm<2>.

に、所要量付加することを特徴とする模様付成形材料の
製造方法であるため、模様が成形材料中に均一分散して
単調な模様になることがないので天然的な外観美麗な模
様を得ることができるもので、以下本発明の詳細な説明
する。

び所要着色剤以外の組成としては硬化剤、触媒、充填剤
、補強剤、離型剤、溶媒、七ツマー等を必要に応じて添
加することができるものである。押出機としてはシング
ル押出機乃至多軸押出機を用いることができ特に限定す
るものではないが、サブ押出機はメイン押出機よりも小
容量押出機を用いる方が押出量の可変程度を調整しやす
く好ましいことである。サブ押出機としては1台乃至複
数台の所要数を配設することができ、配役位置はメイン
押出機の混線部分であればよいが好ましくは混線部分の
中間位置付近がよいが特に限定するtのではない。以下
本発明を実施例にもとすいて説明する。

0#/cIIで灰皿成形品を圧縮成形し、緑地色に黒色
縞状模様が美麗に入った大理石類似の灰皿成形品を得た
