It is related to the creation of a method that allows the creation of architectural finishing materials with unprecedented properties, as well as plywood and asbestos cement boards that are used for various purposes as special materials for interior and exterior construction such as floors and walls. By attaching the final finishing material to the outer surface of various base materials such as concrete boards, new characteristics of the final finishing material are added to the characteristics of the conventional base material, and the use of the conventional base material is improved. It has features such as being able to be expanded to other areas and being used in fields where it was previously considered impossible.
以下、本発明の構成全実施用例により説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to all practical examples.

A construction finishing material prepared by mixing 1 part of the mixture with 1 to 3 parts of foundry sand is applied to the outer surface of the base material (e.g. plywood, asbestos cement board, concrete board, etc.). These methods (2) are used to produce materials exclusively for construction by adhering and structuring.

It is a type F material that did not exist in the past,
First of all, foundry sand has fire resistance, strength, and abrasion resistance due to its main components, silica sand (1sio2) and a binder (some naturally occurring clay contains clay, which is a binder that is suitable for use in naturally occurring sand). On the other hand, epoxy resin adhesives are thermosetting, hardening in a few hours to a day at room temperature, and as the reaction progresses, they become thermoplastic. It finally hardens from an insoluble state to an infusible state, and has a large number of polar groups and has strong resistance to water, high temperatures, and low temperatures. An excellent all-purpose adhesive that can bond almost all materials such as plastic rubber, wood, and various fibers.
Available in various ranges from around 300°C to around 300°C, it is ideal as a heat-resistant adhesive for building materials such as plywood and slate boards. If you mix foundry sand, epoxy resin adhesive, and hardener, each These properties combined to create a synergistic effect and create a new architectural finishing material.

諸効果を奏するものである。Furthermore, when molding sand, epoxy resin adhesive, curing agent, and urethane are mixed, this architectural finishing material will not change color and will not fade or lose its luster even when exposed to direct sunlight. Therefore, it is ideal as an exterior material. In addition, if this finishing material for construction is attached to the outer surface of various base materials by taking advantage of the properties of the raw material epoxy resin adhesive, it is possible to impart the properties of this finishing material to conventional base materials. As a result, it is possible to expand the use of construction materials for interiors and exteriors. In addition, although the optimal mixing ratio is the ratio of epoxy resin adhesive and curing agent, the ratio used conventionally may be used. The present invention exemplifies a ratio of 7:3 as the optimum ratio, and the molding sand is exemplified at a ratio of 1 to 3 to the adhesive, but the higher the ratio of molding sand, the lower the strength of the finished material. There is a tendency to decline. Next, the effects of the present invention are summarized as follows. Epoxy resin adhesives (1) liquid retention, (2) compressive strength, (3) shear strength, f41 water resistance, (51 aging resistance, (61 salt water resistance),
71 chemical resistance, (8) ° solvent resistance, (9) metallic hardenability of foundry sand 71[1] strength -1 (10) abrasion resistance,
(11) Good in terms of fire resistance, (12) alkali resistance, (13) penetration resistance, etc., and floors and walls of factories, livestock sheds, etc. that require these characteristics, floors and walls of general buildings, and treatments. It can be used in a wide range of areas such as finishing tanks and feed tanks, etc., and can be used for new purposes. It has the remarkable effects mentioned above, such as the possibility of diversification as a finishing material.
