Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the deviation property of excelsior and fire resistance, by binding members of the excelsior by a binder containing MgO as a major constituent to form excelsior board, and arranging a decorative layer of an inorganic hardened body composed of MgO as a major constituent on at least one surface of said excelsior board. CONSTITUTION:The excelsior members 1 each having a width of 0.5-5mm., a thickness of 0.1-0.5mm. and a length of 10-300mm. are bound by a bi0nder containing MgO as a major constituent to form a porous excelsior board 2. Separately, 100pts.wt.serahite containing MgO as a major constituent and 35-50pts.wt. are mixed and kneaded to prepare an MgO slurry. Then said MgO slurry is cast in a mold to a thickness of 1-5mm., and the slurry is set with the lower part of the excelsior board 2 being dipped in the slurry in the mold so that the decorative layer 3 of the inorganic hardened body is stuck to one of the surfaces of the excelsior board 2 to obtain a decorative excelsior board.

Traditionally, wood-wool cement boards made by bonding wood wool with T-meshito have been commonly used, but wood-wool T-meshito boards are not lightweight enough, and the wood wool is exposed on the surface of the wood-wool cement board. Due to their roughness, wood wool cement boards could not be used as surface materials for ceilings and walls in houses.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail by way of implementation +l+l. Wood wool board (2
) is a method of bonding wooden wool ills with a width of about 0.5 to 5 mm, a thickness of about 0.1 to 0.5 mm, and a length of about 10 to 800 mm with a pie whose main component is magnesium oxide, 17 ter. First, the manufacturing process will be explained. As the vigitator containing magnesium oxide as a main component, one commercially available as Cerahite (trade name) can be used. This Cerahide #i 1st
As shown in the table, the main component is magnesium oxide (1 piece of active magnesium oxide made by firing magnesite and river water manesia as the main raw materials), which is dispersed in water and further mixed with wood flour and glass peas as necessary. Magnesium oxide double salt is formed into a slurry by blending aggregates such as sand, fine stones, etc., and by blending wood wool +11 with this, shaping, compressing, curing, hardening, and drying, magnesium oxide is produced. The hardened product of wood wool is used as binder (1)
A wood wool board (2) is obtained by bonding the above.

Table 1 (Coulometric %) Here, t rubite 1 whose main component is magnesium oxide
A matanesium oxide slurry is obtained by mixing 85 to 50 parts by weight of water to 00 weight IIk and kneading well. It is preferable to mix it in a proportion of 56 parts by weight. Here, the binder whose main component is magnesium oxide has excellent adhesion to wood, and is a quick-hardening type that hardens quickly and can produce strong wood fibers. The main component of binder is @Arashi rather than cement (the specific gravity of white cement is 8.0
(2.88 compared to 7) and because it has adhesive VC with wood, there are fewer ruts, and when the same wood wool (1) is used, the apparent specific gravity of the wood wool cement board is 0. .67
On the other hand, the wood wool board (2) according to the present invention has an apparent specific gravity of 84. Furthermore, the wood wool board +21 #'i according to the present invention has excellent heat insulation properties, and the thermal conductivity of the wood wool cement board is 0.13 K ca//+n, hr, de

In this way, one side of the wood wool board (2) is covered with the decorative layer (3). The inorganic hardened product, whose main component is magnesium oxide, has a very high temperature of 8 degrees, and even when mixed with pigments, it does not produce vivid colors. Furthermore, it has the luster of a plastic cane, making it highly decorative. It is very good. In addition, when an aggregate such as wood flour is mixed with the slurry, the aggregate will create a non-uniform pattern on the surface of the decoration (3), which is more preferable in terms of decorativeness.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, the wood wool board has a high insulation effect due to the air layer inside and is suitable for ceiling materials and wall materials. Since a decorative layer of hardened inorganic material is attached, the rough surface of the wood wool board is covered with a decorative layer, and it can be used directly as a surface material for ceilings and walls. It is something. Furthermore, wood wool boards are made by bonding wood wool together with a vigitator containing magnesium oxide as a main component, so they are lighter than wood wool cement boards and have excellent fire resistance similar to wood wool cement boards. The surface of the hair plate is covered with a decorative layer of inorganic hardened material.
It is possible to improve the fire resistance even more.
