Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction, namely, materials for finishing building structures made of concrete, ceramic stones and bricks.
In construction, putty mixtures are used to finish building structures made from scarce materials: chalk, lime, cement, adhesives.
Known putty mixture containing the following components, wt.%: Lime dough 29-31 Perlite sand 2.5-3.5 Portland cement 38-42 Water Else
The use of such putty increases the cost of finishing structures due to the use of expensive and scarce cement and lime, which make up to 70% of the total mass. In addition, the use of cement putties for interior decoration is undesirable in terms of sanitary and hygienic requirements, as the microclimate of the premises worsens, the surfaces of the walls become wet, and the thermal properties of the building structures are sharply reduced.
Also known is a putty mixture containing the following components, wt. %: Sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose 2.2-2.4 Ground chalk 75-77.5 Laundry soap 0.3-0.36 Sulphide-alcohol stillage 3.5-4.0 Water Else
This mixture has a high shrinkage during drying, accompanied by the appearance of small cracks, low mechanical strength due to the fact that the chalk does not have astringent properties, and the sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose introduced to bind in an amount of up to 2.4% with water, which is 16-18 %, does not provide a uniform distribution of the formed glue between the particles of chalk and thus a semi-dry mass is obtained, which adheres poorly to the treated surface and practically does not penetrate into the pores.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed one is a putty mixture containing carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt as a binder, quartz sand and chalk as a filler, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Carbohydrate sodium
xymethyl cellulose 1.0-1.4
33% solution of saponified melt sand 5.5-7.0
Laundry soap 0.25-0.35 Chalk 60.0-70.0 Water Else
The disadvantage of this mixture is its low mechanical strength and adhesion to the surface being trimmed, which allows the material of the mixture to be easily removed with a brush. In addition, this mixture is prepared on the basis of scarce material - chalk.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the adhesion and strength of the textured layer.
This goal is achieved in that the putty mixture containing sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), filler and water, additionally contains carbide sludge and asbestos sludge, and as a filler - hydrated clay, in the following ratio, wt.%: Carbohydrate sodium xymethyl cellulose 1.0-1.4 Carbide sludge 20.0-25.0 Asbestos sludge 12.0-13.0 Hydrated clay 50.0-60.0 Water Else
Asbestos sludge is a slate waste, contains water 35% -60%, the rest is chrysotile asbestos fibers with a diameter of about 4000 mm of the third group, the length of the fibers from dust particles to 3 mm.
Carbide sludge - a waste of hydrolysis and welding production is formed after the removal of gas - acetylene, contains 50-55% CaO, the rest is water.
CMC is a synthetic glue produced by the industry for wallpapering.
Hydrated clay is a waste product of lightweight aggregates.
1. The chemical composition is given in table 1.
2. The indicators are presented in table.2.
3. For experimental verification of the inventive putty mixture, a series of concrete samples were prepared on which the prototype filler compositions and five examples of the inventive composition were applied. The results of the comparative study are given in table.3.
Putty compositions were obtained by mechanical mixing of the components with the addition of water. The resulting compositions were applied to concrete samples with a thickness of 1.0-1.5 mm, dried under natural conditions and tested according to standard methods.
