Conventionally, when adding a three-dimensional pattern to decorative plywood, the method used was to use a powerful mold and pressurize it with high pressure, thereby making use of the plasticity of the wood itself to add the three-dimensional pattern. However, with this method, it is extremely difficult to add all the patterns with height differences of 1 mm or more.

Under these circumstances, the present inventors focused on the fact that even fairly deep three-dimensional patterns can be easily added by placing a thermoplastic material between the surface plate and the substrate and performing embossing under heating conditions. As a result of trying various thermoplastic substances, we found that if we used a mixture of thermoplastic synthetic resin and wood powder or granules, we could satisfy all aspects such as plasticity under heating conditions, strength when cooled, and specific gravity. I found out that I can get it.

That is, the woody mixture used in the present invention is made by hardening wood powder etc. with a thermoplastic synthetic resin as a binder.
Therefore, it exhibits physical properties essentially similar to those of wood. For example, specific gravity is 0
.. 6 to 0.8, hygroscopicity can be freely adjusted by adjusting the mixing ratio of linden fat, and processability is easier to process than wood, such as with saws and planes. Therefore, even if a layer of woody admixture is present in a part of the plywood, it has the characteristic that it can be used as a construction material or furniture material in exactly the same way as conventional plywood.

In addition, wood flour is inexpensive, and even waste wood can be used as a raw material for wood flour, so it is useful for saving wood resources.

The product of the present invention is characterized by having a layer of woody admixture between the top plate and the substrate of the plywood. Therefore, when molding and pressing gold with an uneven pattern under temperature conditions above a certain temperature in order to fully add a three-dimensional pattern, the layer of woody mixture under the convex part of the mold in the softened box , since it flows to the so-called four parts of the mold where no pressing force is applied by the mold.
Even sufficiently deep three-dimensional patterns can be easily formed.

Here we will explain the layers of woody admixtures. Thermoplastic synthetic resins include polyolefin, vinyl chloride,
polystyrene. polyurethane resins, or chemically modified earth aggregates or copolymers thereof. Wood powder or granules include kumquats, such as commercially available wood powder as soil, and fibrous products made from crushed tree bark used in fiberboard, etc. The resin is preferably in the form of powder, and the appropriate mixing rate is 20% to 50%. After the resin and wood flour are thoroughly mixed, they are prepared to a certain thickness, and heated and pressed to obtain a plate-like wood mixture. The thickness can be determined as appropriate depending on the depth of the three-dimensional pattern, but 0. Approximately 3 to 3.0 mm is good.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide plywood that can be completely added with a deep three-dimensional pattern.
As shown in the figure and FIG.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of thinly sliced veneers may be used as the surface plate 1 instead of a veneer, as shown in FIG. In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 4, layers of wood mixtures 2 and 2 are applied to both the front and back surfaces of the board, respectively, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The plywood according to the present invention is provided by having a structure using the surface plate l.1 used in the above.

<Example 1> First, as a layer of a woody mixture, 40 parts of powder of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer (Kaneka RB-410. Vinyl acetate content 15%), 60 parts of wood flour (moisture 10%), and gold were used. Mix thoroughly using a tumbler and then process with fluororesin?
The plate was placed in a prepared aluminum formwork, heated and pressed in a heat press machine at a pressure of 5Kp/cm2 and a temperature of 160°C for 7 minutes, degassed, cooled, and removed from the formwork to a thickness of 2.3 mm. A woody mixture 2 was obtained. Next, the previously obtained plate-shaped wood mixture 2 is layered on top of the substrate 3, which is made by stacking three 1.6 mm thick lauan veneers so that the fiber directions are alternately perpendicular to each other, and then a surface plate is placed on top of the substrate 3. All beech veneers with a thickness of 0.5 mm are glued together using a phenolic resin adhesive using a heat dance machine at a pressure of 5K9/cm2 and a temperature of 120℃ for 5 minutes. After heating and pressurizing it, we took it out and found a special plywood with a finished thickness of about 7 mm and a beech wood surface. Subsequently, in order to test the workability of this special plywood, the special plywood was heated to 130 degrees Celsius again in a heat press, taken out, and immediately put into a cold press equipped with a tortoise-shell pattern mold.
Embossing was carried out at a pressure of 1.5 and 9/cm2, and when taken out after cooling, a beech wood decorative board with a beautiful three-dimensional tortoiseshell pattern with a height difference of about 2.0 mm was obtained.

<Example 2> As a layer of woody mixture, Ihigakuhen 70 was added to Po1noechi Vun.
1. A plate-shaped woody mixture 2 having a thickness of 3.0 mm was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 using a metal. Next, three lauan veneers with a thickness of 2.3 mm were stacked so that the fibers were perpendicular to each other (il-substrate 3), and on top of that, Layer mixture 2, and on top of that, top plate 1
As Example 1, three teak veneers with a thickness of 0.2 mm (1) were stacked so that all fibers were perpendicular to each other, and phenol thread resin was used between each. In the same way, a special plywood with a thickness of about 10 mm that can be easily formed into three-dimensional shapes was heated to 140°C, and then heated to 140°C using a mold with a floral pattern. When pressed with a pressure of Ky/cm2 and removed after cooling, a decorative board with a deep three-dimensional floral pattern is obtained.
