[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is suitable for decorative boards mainly used for architectural interiors, furniture, etc., when a particularly deep three-dimensional pattern is desired, without requiring sophisticated work such as carving, and without damaging the texture of the wood. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a laminate that can meet these demands at low cost without any hassle.

The present inventors previously invented a special plywood to which three-dimensional patterns can be easily added, and filed a patent application. Later, as a result of research and development to provide an even cheaper special plywood, we developed a laminate that retains the physical properties of wood and satisfies its strength and workability even though it has a deeper three-dimensional pattern than previous special plywood. I ended up inventing it.

Conventionally, adding three-dimensional patterns to decorative plywood has been done by using a powerful mold and applying high pressure to make use of the plasticity of the wood itself. However, with this method, it is very difficult to add a pattern with a height difference of 1 mm or more. When a deep three-dimensional pattern is desired, engraving is performed using a machine such as a router.

Under such circumstances, the present inventor has developed a thermoplastic resin and wood powder.
A mixture of granular or fibrous material, that is, a plate-like material made of a woody mixture, is used as a substrate, and paper, veneers, etc. are adhered to the light or front and back surfaces of the substrate to apply decoration, and to maintain the strength as a decorative board. Then, if a free three-dimensional pattern is pressed using a metal mold, wooden mold, or resin mold under heating conditions, the substrate of the woody mixture plasticized by heating will flow according to the mold, so that the plate on the surface will be Since it can be freely formed as long as it does not break, decorative boards with deep three-dimensional patterns can be produced easily and inexpensively.

For example, the specific gravity is 0.6-08, the hygroscopicity can be freely adjusted by adjusting the resin mixing ratio, the workability is easy to use with a saw, and wood flour is inexpensive and even waste wood can be used as a raw material for wood flour, so wood resources can be reduced. It also helps you save money. Here, the substrate made of woody mixture will be explained. As the thermoplastic synthetic resin, polyolefin-based, vinyl chloride-based, polystyrene-based, polyurethane-based resins, or chemically modified polymers or copolymers thereof are used. Wood powder, granules,
The fibrous material may be commercially available wood flour, coarse wood flour, crushed wood bark used for fiberboard, or wood fibers such as pulp. The resin is preferably in the form of powder, and the mixing rate is in the range of 20% to 50% by weight. After the resin and wood flour are thoroughly mixed, the mixture is heated and pressed to a certain thickness, and a plate-shaped wood mixture is obtained. The thickness is completely free, but it is usually better to set it to 2.0 mm IJ or more. It is desirable that the woody mixture obtained here has a resin ratio as low as possible. For example, when mixing polyolefin resin and wood flour, the resin ratio is at the lower limit of 20%, and if it is lower than this, fluidity during molding will be lost. The woody mixture with a lower resin ratio in this way has a specific gravity of 0.6~
It falls within the range of 0.8 and has good workability without losing its texture as wood.

In addition, excessive heating and pressurization destroys the air bubbles in the wood, increases the specific gravity, and impairs the texture of the wood.

Next, the structure of the product of the present invention will be explained. Although the product of the present invention has a deep three-dimensional pattern, it must have a flexible surface so that it can fully fit into a mold for molding the three-dimensional pattern. For this reason, the board used for the surface trap is made of flexible wood such as beech, cherry, or cypress, and has a thickness of 0.
A value of about 2 to 0.3 mm is good. As described above, the substrate for the wood mixture is a mixture of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and wood powder or fibrous material, which is sufficiently mixed and heated and pressed to form a plate. When using it as a furniture material, it is best to have a thickness of 4 to 6 mm. The back side is the same as the front side, so it is desirable to glue the board together for strength balance.
When using the product of the present invention by attaching it to a base material such as a wall, there is no need to attach a plate to the back surface. Also, if it is not necessary to apply any makeup to the back side, it is sufficient to simply adhere parchment paper to maintain strength. Depending on the shape of the three-dimensional pattern, a tensile force may be applied to the surface plate during the forming process, causing the plate to break. To prevent this phenomenon, by sandwiching paper under the surface plate, the plate can be given tensile strength and a deep three-dimensional pattern can be formed easily. Furthermore, by using a structure in which a plurality of laminates are stacked alternately so that the fiber directions are perpendicular to each other, it is possible to prevent the laminates from breaking during the forming process and to improve the strength of the laminate.
