The laminated decorative veneer created by K as described above expresses the wood grain pattern on its surface not by the wood grain of the material veneer, but by the lines that appear when the adhesive surface of the material veneer is sliced. The woodgrain pattern is determined by the direction in which the upper and lower molds of the stack press are sliced. Here, in the past, because the wood grain pattern was determined only by the above two points, only a rough pattern indicating straight grain or board grain could be expressed, and it was difficult to express repeating patterns, especially thin patterns. The invention of 0 wood, which was possible, was made in consideration of these points, and its purpose was to create a wood grain pattern with a thin pattern, a thin pattern such as bamboo heather or shadow heather, or a wood grain pattern with a jade heather pattern. To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated decorative veneer which can express a pattern etc. even if the pattern is repeated.

The present invention will be explained in detail below based on illustrative examples. To explain the process in order, as shown in Figure 1, first, a raw wood veneer 11) is created by rotary slicing the log flol, and after this is toned and moistened, several pieces (2 to 20 pieces) are glued together using plasticity. The materials are laminated via an adhesive and bonded under pressure using a jig (7) having an uneven surface as shown in FIG. Next, the upper mold of the assembly press (8
) and the lower mold (9), place the above material veneer "jO flock 1"
Several pieces, so that each uneven shape overlaps! The flitches (3) are stacked together with an adhesive so that the convex portions overlap the concave portions, and the flitches (3) are bonded under pressure. Flitch 13 obtained in this way
The book says that if you slice through multiple pieces of material veneer Ill so that the desired wood grain pattern is produced, you can obtain laminated decorative veneer 14).
Vi Once the raw material veneer block 121 is formed, it has a thin pattern of wood grain pattern corresponding to the uneven shape of the surface. Assuming that hemispherical protrusions 15) are arranged, if we slice the flitch 13) obtained by pressure bonding 841gl1 on a plane substantially parallel to the laminated surface, what will happen? jI: A decorative veneer 14) having a thin pattern of wood grain as shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained. In addition, the uneven shape of the surface of the raw material assembly plate "j1 cock 12) is arranged as shown in FIG. If the flitch (3) obtained by laminating and press-bonding the pieces is sliced along a plane substantially parallel to the laminated surface, the laminated decorative veneer 14) will have a thin wood grain pattern as shown in Fig. 2(b). can be obtained.

Furthermore, the uneven shape of the surface of the material veneer block; 2) was assumed to have continuous smooth protrusions (6) in parallel as shown in Figure 3 (a), and this material veneer block was formed with 21 By slicing the flitch (3) diagonally intersecting the laminated surface, a laminated decorative veneer (4) having a thin wood grain pattern as shown in FIG. 3(b) can be obtained.

If you want to express not only a single thin pattern but also a bamboo heather or shadow heather, you can use a jig ()) that has a concave surface and parallel thin grooves as shown in Figure 4 to create a surface pattern. A veneer block 12) with continuous thin protrusions and a convex surface as a whole is formed, and this is flattened between a convex upper mold (8) and a concave lower mold (91). Board, 11)
A flitch (3) is formed by laminating and press-bonding the mixture.

Also, when you want to express a wood grain pattern with a wood grain pattern, use a jig 17 in which hemispherical concave fields are scattered at arbitrary locations as shown in No. 5-.
) is used to form a material veneer flock (21) with a surface shape having protrusions (5) at arbitrary positions, and this is made into a flat veneer 111.
Flitch obtained by appropriately mixing and laminating and bonding under pressure 13)
By slicing in a plane approximately parallel to the lamination plane,
It is possible to obtain a laminated decorative veneer 14) exhibiting a wood grain pattern similar to that of wool.
In order to apply pressure so that the surface of the material veneer Ill is laminated and pressure-bonded using a highly plastic adhesive, 2) the surface of the material veneer Ill is pressurized to create an uneven shape. This is because it was taken into consideration that the plate blocks 121 would be assembled again.

As described above, in the present invention, when forming a flitch, a single plate block of material having an uneven surface is first formed, and then the flitch is formed by laminating and bonding them together under pressure. The laminated decorative veneer obtained by slicing this flitch exhibits a thin pattern of wood grain pattern due to the uneven shape created during the formation stage of the material veneer block, and it is possible to express more tree species. This is a book that allows you to manufacture decorative laminated veneers.

<Example 2> A material veneer block was formed by laminating 3 to 6 material veneers dyed in a zelkova tone under the same conditions as in Example 1, and this was combined with a veneer for expressing the holes. When the flitch obtained by laminating with the same laminating press as in Example 1 was sliced, a laminated decorative veneer with a keyaki tone and a particularly high fidelity expression of the shadow heather was obtained (Example 3) 590 x 4050 ■、6 pieces of agathis dyed veneer with a thickness of 0.6 dew each, using a jig as shown in Fig. 5, which has hemispherical recesses of 30φ and depth of 2■ with a density of 20 pieces/nl. Mocha 2 via commercially available polyurethane adhesive with high plasticity
The material block veneer obtained by pressing at 5Kf/clI for 60 minutes was mixed and laminated with a 0.8-thick flat veneer and a 1+1lII-thick flat veneer in a ratio of VC3:2:1 to form a planar shape. When the flitch was assembled using a commercially available polyurethane adhesive in an assembly press with an upper and lower type assembly, and the resulting flitch was sliced in a plane approximately parallel to the laminated surface, the wood grain of the batashi grain was as shown in Fig. 5. A laminated decorative veneer with a pattern was obtained0
