Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a decorative member at a low cost by bending a planar member of urethane resin along the curved surface of a circular column of a building and joining it to said surface with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A surface member 18a made of urethane resin which is elastically deformable at ambient temperature is formed into a planar shape. And an adhesive is applied to the rear surface of the base board of the member 18 thus formed and the member 18 is bent along the curvature of the curved surface of a circular column 6 of a building to join it to the curved surface of the column 6. Consequently, even if there are differences between the curvature of the column 6 and that of the surface member, the member can be attached to the column without causing gaps therebetween.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, for example, when a building decorative member 101 for decorating a curved surface of a round pillar 100 of a building is manufactured, the building decorative member is used. It was cut with a router from a plate material 102 larger than 101.

However, in the conventional decorative member 101 for a building having the round pillar 100, the plate member 10 is used.
Of the two, the remaining plate pieces 103 and 104 obtained by cutting out the building decorative member 101 are discarded, so that the material was extremely wasteful. In addition, since the manufacturing is performed one by one according to the radius of the curved surface of the round pillar 100 of the building, there is a problem that the manufacturing period is long and the cost is high.

Furthermore, if the radius dimension of the curved surface of the round pillar 100 of a building and the radius dimension of the decorative member 101 for a building are slightly different, the decorative member 101 for a building can be attached to the round pillar 100 of a building without a gap. There was a problem that I could not do it. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative member for a structure, which can be produced inexpensively without waste of material and which can be attached without a gap even if a dimensional error occurs between the radius of the structure and the structure. The liquid urethane resin is a mixture of a predetermined amount of a curing agent containing a polyether or polyester urethane resin as a main component. The filler is a mixture of calcium carbonate, toner and the like in a predetermined amount. Flame retardants include planerone, DB-102, antimony trioxide, phosphorus-based and phosphorus-
Halogen-based flame retardants and halogen-based flame retardants are known. Examples of phosphorus-based or phosphorus-halogen-based flame retardants include phosphoric acid triesters such as tricresyl phosphate, triphenyl phosphate, tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate, and tris. -2,3-dichloropropyl phosphate,
Tris-2,3-dipromopropyl phosphate is used as the halogen-based flame retardant, tripromophenol,
Hexapromobenzene, decapromonaphthalene, tetrapromobisphenol A and the like are mixed in a predetermined amount. The weather resistance stabilizer is a mixture of a predetermined amount of an ultraviolet absorber, a substituted benzotoarier type), an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer (hondad polyphenol type) and the like. After that, a molded product (not shown) made of urethane resin is taken out from the molding die. Then, for example, the surface of the resin molded product is shaved by a woodworking machine such as a trimmer, a moulder, or an NC, and a woodworking coating is applied to produce the flat plate-shaped face material 8 shown in FIG.

[Effects of the First Embodiment] Therefore, the rotator 2, the waist belt 3, the skirting board 4, and the relief 5 which are freely bent with respect to the curved surface of the round pillar 6 of the building are manufactured by blending the urethane resin. By doing so, waste of material is eliminated. Further, since the skirt 2, the waist band 3, the skirting board 4 and the relief 5 are freely bent even after curing, it is possible to quickly deal with the mass forming of the skirt 2, the waist band 3, the skirting board 4 and the relief 5, The child 2, the waist belt 3, the skirting board 4, and the relief 5 can be shipped in large quantities at low cost. As a result, the delivery time of the swirl member 2, the waist band 3, the skirting board 4, and the relief 5 can be shortened as compared with the conventional one. Then, as in this embodiment, a flame-retardant or weather-resistant swirl member 2, a waist belt 3, a skirting board 4 and a relief 5 are also produced by blending a urethane resin with a flame retardant, a weather resistance stabilizer or the like. can do. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the wood pattern allows the wood grain to be formed on the surfaces of the swirl 2, the waist band 3, the skirting board 4, and the relief 5 as it is, so that an expensive material (for example, teak material) is used. The face material of) can also be manufactured at low cost. Since the flame guardant is mixed in a predetermined amount in the swirl member 2, the girdle 3, the skirting board 4, and the relief 5, it is possible to obtain the flame retardant certification according to the Building Standards Act (Fire Protection Act).
