Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (発明の技術分野) 本発明は、部付熱可塑性樹脂管の製造方法に関する。
(従来技術) 従来から物干、垣根等に使用される模造性として、例え
ば特公昭54−1747号公報に記載されているように
、金属材の長尺管体の表面に溶融樹脂を被覆し、次いで
その外周に節を成形用金型を使用して成形し一体化する
ことが行なわれている。
しかしながら上記の方法によれば、金属製長尺管体を使
用するために鋸等での切断がしにくく、又、被覆された
熱可塑性樹脂を溶融状態に保持しなければ、節との一体
化が充分に得られない。
更に節は成形用金型によって成形されるものであるため
、間歇的に形成される節の形が一定であって飾模様の変
化に乏しい欠点があった。
(発明の目的) 本発明は上記欠点を解消することを目的としてなされた
ものであり、全体が熱可塑性樹脂で形成されるので、金
属製の長尺管体を使用する必要がなく、鋸等を用いた切
断が容易であり、又、節の形は種々変化させることが可
能である、部付熱可塑性樹脂管の製造方法を提供するこ
とを目的とする。
(発明の要旨) 本発明の要旨は、押出機の成形用型から熱可塑性樹脂管
を押出成形し、前記成形用型の前方に設置され分割、閉
合可能な2個の節構成材保持器の夫々に熱可塑性樹脂よ
りなる半環状の節構成材を保持しておき、前記保持器が
分割された状態で保持器間に前記熱可塑性樹脂管を導き
、保持器を閉合して熱可塑性樹脂管の外周面に前記節構
成材を当接させると共に節構成材の端部同志を当接させ
て環状節となし、この環状節を前記熱可塑性樹脂管の外
周に溶着させることを特徴とする節付熱呵塑性樹脂管の
製造方法に存する。
(発明の構成) 次に禾発明節付熱可塑性樹脂管の製造方法について更に
詳細に説明する。
1は成形用型であり、押出機(図示せず)で溶融された
熱可塑性樹脂は成形用型lにより管状に押出成形される
熱可塑性樹脂としては、ポリオレフィン樹脂、塩化ビニ
ル樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂等が使用される。
成形用型lと若干の間隔をおいて押出方向の前方には節
M4成材保持器3,3が設置される。
この保持器3.3は、油圧機構等により分割及び閉合が
可能とされており、分割面の中間部に夫々半環状の溝4
,4が形成される。
この湾4.4には半環状の節構成材5.5が嵌挿されて
保持されている。
節構成材5.5は外面形状が自然竹の節感を呈するもの
とされており、熱可塑性樹脂管2との溶着が可能な熱可
塑性樹脂の射出成形等により別途成形されている。
節構成材5,5は保持器3,3が併合された際に夫々の
端部7,7同志が当接して熱可塑性樹脂管2の外径と略
同径の環状体からなる環状節8を構成する。
保持器3,3が分割された状態で保持器3,3間に熱可
塑性樹脂管2を導く。
次いで、保持器3.3を閉合して熱可塑性樹脂管2の外
周面に節構成材5,5を当接させる。
節構成材5.5は保持器3,3に連結された溶着機6,
6により熱可塑性樹脂管2との接融部分が加熱溶融して
溶着される。
溶着機6,6は超音波加熱、高周波加熱等により熱可塑
性樹脂管2との接融面となる部分を選択的に加熱できる
ものとされており、これにより節構成材5,5はその形
状を崩すことなく熱可塑性樹脂管2の表面に容易に溶着
され環状節8が一体的に形成される。
節構成材5,5を溶着機6,6により選択的に加熱し溶
融状IEとするために加熱時間が必要となるが、その間
も熱可塑性樹脂管2が成形用型1から押出成形されてく
るので、押出速度と同じ速さで保持器3,3を押出方向
に移動させ、移動時間内に節構成材5,5を熱可塑性樹
脂管2に溶着させ、環状節8を一体に形成する。保持器
3,3を分割し、環状節8を溶着状態から固化させる。
次いで、保持器3.3を元の位置に戻し、再び節構成材
5,5を溶着機6,6の溝4,4に嵌挿し、以後同様に
して環状節8を間歇的に熱Eif塑性樹脂管2の外面に
一体的に形成する。
熱可塑性樹脂管2は次いで引取装置により引取られ切断
器に送り込まれ、切断装置により一定長に切断され所望
の部付熱可塑性樹脂管が得られる。
(発明の効果) 本発明方法によれば、熱可塑性樹脂管2の外周面に熱可
塑性樹脂環状節8が一体に形成された部付熱可塑性樹脂
管を得ることができる。
そして、従来のように金属製管体を使用する必要がない
ので、使用現場において鋸等で容易に切断することがで
きる。
又、節構成材5.5を種々外面形状の異なるものとして
おけば、環状節8の形に自然竹に似た変化を与えること
ができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. l)押出機の成形用型から熱可塑性樹脂管を押出成形し
    、前記成形用型の前方に設置され分割、閉会可能な2個
    の節構成材保持器の夫々に熱可塑性樹脂よりなる半環状
    の節構成材を保持しておき、前記保持器が分割された状
    態で保持器間に前記熱可塑性樹脂管を導き、保持器を閉
    合して熱可塑性樹脂管の外周面に前記節構成材を当接さ
    せると共に、節構成材の端部同志を当接させて環状節と
    なし、この環状節を前記熱可塑性樹脂管の外周に溶着さ
    せることを特徴とする部付熱可塑性樹脂管の製造方法。
