Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハウジング側に固定される非回転のシールリングと、回
    転するシャフト側に固定されて該シャフトに従動するフ
    ローティングシートめ対向端面を密接摺動せしめること
    により被シール流体を密封するメカニカルシールの、前
    記シャフトに固着されたカラーと前記フローティングシ
    ートとの間に介装する環状の緩衝ゴムにおいて、該緩衝
    ゴムに埋設される断回路り字形状になる補強環の筒状部
    に、所要数の切欠部を形成してなることを特徴とするメ
    カニカルシール用緩衝ゴム。
