Claims (1)
- 回転軸に一体に取付けられる付勢部材、および
この付勢部材で軸線方向に付勢されるとともに、
前記回転軸の回転軸線と直交する方向の摺動面を
有する第１の摺動部材と、前記回転軸が貫通した
状態で固定部に取付けられて前記第１の摺動部材
の摺動面と当接する摺動面を有する第２の摺動部
材とを具え、前記付勢部材が前記第１の摺動部材
を前記第２の摺動部材に押圧当接し、両摺動面間
でシールするようにしたメカニカルシールの前記
第１の摺動部材または前記第２の摺動部材のうち
の少なくとも一方に使用するメカニカルシール用
摺動材であつて、該摺動材は、その摺動面に複数
の微小凹部が形成されていることを特徴とするメ
カニカルシール用摺動材。
