    ールにおいて、前記溝を設けた部材の相手側部材にシリ
    コンカーバイト製のブツシュ材を装着して、前記作動用
    ０１Ｊングと前記相手側部材とが、直接、当接しないよ
    うに形成したことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
