Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上部に保護テープが張付けられた半導体ウェーハ
    を、１対の送りローラにより上下から上側の長尺の接着
    テープとともに挾み込み、この接着テープを上記保護テ
    ープ上に接着させながら上記半導体ウェーハを吸着テー
    ブル上に送り、この吸着テーブル上方に配置され、上記
    送りローラからの接着テープが掛けられた上下１対のは
    かしローラの前進移動により、接着テープに接着されて
    いる半導体ウェーハを上記吸着テーブル上中央部に送り
    吸着固定させ、上記はかしローラの後退復帰により接着
    テープを引上げてゆき、上記保護テープを引きはがすよ
    うにした装置において、上記吸着テーブルに装着されて
    あり、この吸着テーブルを加熱し、吸着されている上記
    半導体ウェーハを介し上記接着テープを昇温し、接着力
    を増大させる加熱装置を備えたことを特徴とする半導体
    ウェーハの保護テープはがし装置。
  2. （２）加熱装置はヒータからなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の半導体ウェーハの保護テープはがし装置
    。
