Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気通路の途中に介装される絞り弁と、この絞り弁より
    も下流側の吸気通路と排気通路とを連通ずるＥＧＲ通路
    と、このＥＧＲ通路の途中に介装されるＥＧＲ制御弁と
    、エンジンの負荷と回転速度を検出する手段と、これら
    の検出値に基づいて目標ＥＧＲ率を演算する手段と、こ
    の目標ＥＧＲ率よりＥＧＲ制御指令値を算出し、この指
    令値に応じて前記絞り弁とＥＧＲ制御弁の開度を制御す
    る手段とを備える一方、エンジンの冷却水温を検出する
    手段と、この検出値に応じて暖機時に前記エンジン負荷
    の検出値を補正する手段とを設けたことを特徴とするデ
    ィーゼルエンジンの排気還流制御装置。
