Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図、第２図は本考案の塗装鋼板断面図である。第３
図は溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板にリン酸塩皮膜を形成した後反
応型クロメート皮膜を形成して２コート２ベーク塗装し
たものとリン酸塩皮膜を形成した後塗布型クロメート皮
膜を形成して２コート２ベーク塗装したものの耐食性を
示すグラフである。第４図は溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板にリン
酸塩皮膜と塗布型クロメート皮膜を順次形成した後２コ
ート２ベーク塗装をしたものの下塗り塗膜厚と耐食性と
の関係を示すグラフである。第５図は上塗り塗膜中にＰ
ＡＮ粒子を含有させた場合の含有量と耐候性（ΔＥ）の
関係を示すグラフである。 １・・・めっき鋼板、２・・・リン酸塩皮膜、３・・・
反応型クロメート皮膜、４・・・塗布型クロメート皮膜
、５・・・下塗り塗膜、６・・・ＰＡＮ粒子、７・・・
上塗り塗膜。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）めっき鋼板上にリン酸塩皮膜または反応型クロメ
    ート皮膜が形成され、その上にクロム量が１０ｍｇ／７
    ７′１″以上の塗布型クロメート皮膜と、防錆顔料を含
    む下塗り塗膜と、ポリアクリルニトリル粒子を５〜５０
    重量％含む上塗り塗膜とが順次形成されていることを特
    徴とする耐久性に優れた塗装鋼板。
  2. （２）下塗り塗膜の膜厚が５〜１０μであることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の耐久性に
    優れた塗装鋼板。
  3. （３）上塗り塗膜の膜厚が１５〜２５μであることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の耐久性
    に優れた塗装鋼板。
