Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パワートランジスタのターンオフ時にベース・エミッタ
    間に逆電流を流すためのコンデンサを具備したパワート
    ランジスタの駆動回路において、前記パワートランジス
    タのコレクタ電流を検出す゛　　る電流検出手段を設け
    、該電流検出手段の出力信号により駆動されるトランジ
    スタと、抵抗との直列回路を前記コンデンサの電荷を放
    電させるように接続し、前記パワートランジスタのコレ
    クタ電流の大きさに比例して、前記コンデンサの電荷を
    放電させ、コレクタ電流の大きさに反比例したペースエ
    ミッタ逆電流を供給するようにしたことを特徴とするパ
    ワートランジスタの駆動回路。
