    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アースとトランジスタのコレクタ間に負荷が接続され、
    電源と該トランジスタのエミッタ間に抵抗を、また電源
    と該トランジスタのベース間にツェナーダイオードとダ
    イオードの直列回路を接続し、該トランジスタのベース
    をフォトアイソレータでドライブすることを特徴とする
    定電流電源回路。
