Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁層を表層とし且つ金属薄板を裏層とした可撓性基体
    と、この可撓性基体上に形成された給電体と、前記可撓
    性基体上に形成きれた発熱抵抗体と、前記可撓性基体上
    で前記発熱抵抗体とは離間して疹載された半導体装置と
    、前記発熱抵抗体部分に対応した裏面は含まず且つ前記
    半導体装置部分に対応した裏面を含んで前記可撓性基板
    を裏打ちする非可撓性金属板と、少なくとも、一部が円
    弧の側壁となっている棒体とを備え、前記発熱抵抗体に
    対応した部分で前記可撓性基体が曲げられて前記棒体の
    円弧壁に接着されていることを特徴としたとつ形サーマ
    ルヘッド。
