Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力を測定するための機械−電気変換器であって、測定
    されるべき圧力に比例するような電気出力を出す半導体
    歪ゲージチップを有し１、ゲージを収納固定する金属ハ
    ウジングにはネジ山が設けてあり更に歪ゲージチップよ
    りの信号取出し用り−ドピンを金属ハウジングにハーメ
    チックシールで設け、ゲージチップおよびリードピンの
    ワイヤーポンディング部周囲にはシリコンオイルを封入
    してなる圧力変換器に、おいて、温度補償および出力増
    巾等の機能を有する回路基板部を前記ハウジングに内蔵
    せしめ、ゲージチップ信号取出し用り−ドピンを前記回
    路基板部に直接接続し、感圧部と回路部を金属ハウジン
    グ内に一体化したことを特徴とする圧力変換器。
