    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタ、ＩＣ等の能動回路チップを搭載する高周
    波実装基板において、誘電体基板上に接地電位導体パタ
    ーンが蒸着もしくはメッキによって形成されたチップ搭
    載用基板と、該チップ搭載用基板上に装着された絶縁板
    の表面に電源供給用導体パターンが形成された電源供給
    用基板とを備えたことを特徴とする高周波実装基板。
