ケースを使用した場合の構成を示す図、第３図は本考案
の一実施例の分解図、第４図は第３図の半導体用ケース
を大電力用半導体装置に使用した場合の構成を示す図、
第５図は本考案の他の実施例の構成を示す図である。 記号の説明：３１は上部電極金属ブロック、３２は溶接
フランジ、３３は下部電極金属ブロック、３４はセラミ
ック部（側壁）、３５は金属製の管、３６は金属フラン
ジ、３７は環状金属板、４１〜４４はトランジスタ、４
５と４６は温度補償板、５１〜５４はリード線、５８と
５９は太いリード線をそれぞれあられしている。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）収納すべき半導体素子の２主電極を挾み込むため
    の上下電極金属ブロックを主体とする上下壁及びこれら
    上下壁の周辺部をつなぐ絶縁性材料を主体とする側壁に
    より空間部を構成し、而してこの側壁を貫通して前記半
    導体素子の制御電極のリードを外部へ電気的に導き又前
    記空間部内の雰囲気を調整することのできる手段を有す
    る、いわゆる平型ケースにおいて、前記側壁の内側に上
    部に金属板を持つ肩部を設け、而してこの金属板は、前
    記リードを外部へ電気的に導くために前記側壁中に設け
    た導電路に接続され、且つ前記制御電極に近い位置まで
    延びて前記制御電極に比較的短いリードで熔接し得るよ
    うになっていることを特徴とする半導体用ケース。
  2. （２）前記側壁中に設けた導電路として、前記管状部材
    を金属材料で構成したものを用いることを特徴とする第
    １項の半導体用ケース。
