    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣ本体より導出された複数のリード先端部をＩＣ実装
    用基板上に被着形成された対応する導電パターンに予備
    半田を介して搭載して半田付は固着するＩＣ実装用治具
    であって、前記基板上への位置決め手段と、その下面に
    前記ＩＣＩＪ−ド先端部間を仕切る仕切部とを具備する
    ことを特徴とするＩＣの実装用治具。
