  1. パッケージ本体から面付は用の４本以上のリード端子が
    引き出されている集積回路装置において、前記リード端
    子の先端部を幅広にし、かつ、この幅広部が３列以上の
    直線上に並べられていることを特徴とする集積回路装置
    。
