第1図は内輪と外輪の間にはめ込まれたすべり円板と力
測定要素をもつ測定揺れ軸受の断面図、第2図は外輪を
除いた第1図の測定揺れ軸受の平面図の一部、第3図は
この考案による力測定要素の断面図、第4図、第5図は
この考案による力測定要素のその他の実施例の断面図を
示す。 なお、図中、1は外輪、2は内輪、3,20は保持器、
4,12.23はすべり円板、5,22.31は力測定
要素、6,24.36は支え(金属リング)を示す。

Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)軌道輪の間にすべり要素が配置された測定すべり
    軸受、とくに測定唾れ軸受において、上記軸受の主荷重
    域における少くとも一つのすべり要素を寸法が同じ負荷
    測定要素5,22.31,40に取替えて軌道輪1と2
    の間の相応の切欠部に配置し、この負荷測定要素は負荷
    測定装置のための金属製のリングからなる支え6,24
    .36と、この支えに一体に連結されたすベリ円板12
    ,23,3Bとからなることを特徴とする測定すべり軸
    受。
  2. (2)負荷測定装置のための支えがL字形断面の金属リ
    ングとして作られ、たとえばプラスチック製のすべり円
    板の中から一方の脚部はわずかに突出し、境を接する軸
    受部分の内周面または外周面に合った支持面を有する実
    用新案登録請求の範囲(1)の測定すべり軸受。
  3. (3)金属リングの円筒形部分7の外周と内周に4ひず
    みゲージを備え、そのリード線が金属リングの孔や溝を
    通じ導かれている実用新案登録請求の範囲(2)の測定
    すべり軸受。
  4. (4)金属リングの内周にあるひずみゲージがケ哀によ
    −てお、われでいる実用新案登録請求渥範囲(2)又は
    (3)の測定すべり軸受。
  5. (5)負荷測定装置のための支えと□して作られた金属
    リングが倒丁字形断面に作られてすべり円板のための枠
    さして役立ち、また金属リングの内周にひずみゲージを
    そなえた測定リングが配置され、この測定、リングは金
    属リングの膨面上に支えられていると共に境を接してい
    る軌道輪または同種のも−のに向いた側は、それに応じ
    て成形された支持面になっている実用新案登録請求の範
    囲(1)の測定すベリ軸受。
  6. (6)測定リングの外周と金属リングの内周の間に 弾
    性材料製の4つまたは数個のリングがほめられている実
    用新案登録請求め範囲(5)の測定すべり軸受。
  7. (7)金属リングの脚部がダイヤフラムとして作ら、れ
    、ひずみゲージをそなえている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    (5)又は(6)の測定すべり軸受。
