Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （発明の技術分野） 本発明は、テープに粘着したチップ部品をテープよ）１
個づつ分離するチップ分離機構に関するものである。
（従来技術） 従来、テープに粘着したチップ部品をテープより分離す
る場合、単に、テープ裏面より針を突き上げ分離してい
た。このため、粘着状態により分離されるチップ以外の
チップも分離したり整列状態がみだれる等の問題があっ
た。
（発明の目的） 不発明の目的は上述の欠点全除去し、安定してテープに
粘着したチップ部品全分離するチップ分離機構を提供す
ることにある。
（発明の構成） 不発明によれは、テープに粘着チップ部品をテープよ漫
１個づつ分離するチップ分離機構において、分離するチ
ップ以外のチップ部分のテープを真空吸着にて同定する
テープ固足部のテープとの接触部分に、多孔質のテープ
吸着テーブルを具備したチップ分離機構が得られる。
（実施例） 次に１本発明に関して図面を参照して説明する。
第１図はリングに固定したテープにチップ部品を粘着し
た状態會示す外観図で、第２図は不発明の一実施例によ
るチップ分離機構の断面図である。
チップ部品３會粘着固定したテープ１はリング２に固定
されている。テープ１を真空吸ＮＶＣて固定するテープ
固定部４は、テープ１との接触面に。
多孔質のテープ吸着テーブル５を具備している。
下部の上下機構７により突き上げ針６が上下してチップ
部品全テープ１より分離する。
すなわち、多孔質のテープ吸着テーブル５に接した部分
のテープ１は、真空成層により均一に固定されている１
次に上下機構７により突き上げ針６が上昇し、突き上げ
針６の上部のチップ部品３ａをテープ１より分離する。
以上述べたように１分離されるチップ以外のテープ部分
は多孔質の吸着テーブル５により固定されているため、
チップ部品３會分離する際の突き上げ針の影響で、分離
されるチップ部品３以外のものが分離したり、整列状態
がみだれる等の問題がなくなり、安定したチップ部品３
の分離が可能となり、効果は大である。

た状態を示す外観図で、第２図は本発明のチップ分離機

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. テープに粘着したチップ部品上テープより１個づつ分離
    するチップ分離機構において、分離するチップ以外の部
    分のテープを真空吸着にて固定するテープ固足部のテー
    プとの接触部分に、多孔質のテープ吸着テーブルを具備
    したことを特徴とするチップ分離機構。
