時定数回路によって設定した時間経過後前記ダーリント
ントランジスタをオフとして、送信スイッチが押下され
ていても受信状態に戻ることを特徴とする無変調時にお
ける送信防止回路。 2 受信中、電源+Vccよりダーリントントランジス
タのコレクタに結線した固定抵抗と該トランジスタのエ
ミッタに結線したダイオードとによって時定数回路のコ
