Generally, in order to transport a spool wound by a yarn processing device (for example, a spinning machine, a drawing/twisting machine, a drawing/false twisting machine, etc.) to a subsequent process (particularly to another factory located in a remote location) or to a shipping destination, A plurality of the above-mentioned thread bodies (usually 4 to 8 threads) are placed in a cardboard box or wooden box.
All items are packaged together.

However, in such packaging, the surface of the spool is easily damaged by impact, and the spool has a relatively large diameter and weight. The spools were loaded into the cardboard box or wooden box in only one layer. This has the drawback that material costs are high, and when loading onto a means of transportation such as a truck or freight car, a barrette is used to stack a large number of the above-mentioned cardboard boxes or wooden boxes on a pallet in order to make it easier to operate with means of transportation such as a forklift. It has the disadvantage of requiring an Ising process. By the way, in order to solve this drawback, by stacking a plurality of spools in multiple stages inside a box-like object, packaging costs can be reduced and a rational package of spools that does not require valetizing etc. can be formed. When simply raising and lowering the box-like object or raising and lowering the spool gripper, there is a problem in that the moving distance becomes extremely long, the equipment becomes larger, and various restrictions arise in terms of arrangement.

Here, the box-like object 14 is a box 1 made of cardboard or the like.
41, nine gap bodies 143 attached to the lower part of the box body 141 through plate plates 142 in a base pattern, and three support plates that support one row (that is, three) of gap bodies 143. 144. The gaps between the gap bodies 143 are provided to facilitate operations such as strapping to the package and transportation by a forklift, etc., which will be described later. Next, a third section regarding the operation of the pallet lifting device U1, the feeding device 8, and the transferring device 10 will be explained.
This will be explained with reference to FIGS. a-b and FIG. First, an elevating plate 802 is fixed to the rod end of an elevating air cylinder 801 provided on a movable main body 800 of the supply device 8 . The elevating plate 802 is provided with a predetermined number of spool gripping tools 80 for gripping the spool 1, as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b.
3 is attached, and a detection rod 804 is also attached in a slidable and elastically supported state by a spring 805. Furthermore, a limit switch 807 is installed on the elevating plate 802 to detect movement of the detection rod 804 by means of an upper protrusion guide 806 of the detection rod 804. Further, at the upper part of the pallet lifting device 11, a phototube 20 and a light receiving tube 21 are installed at predetermined positions on a column (not shown). First, when loading the spool 1 on the first stage in the box-like object 14, first the transfer device 1

At the same time, the lifting air cylinder 119 in the pallet lifting/lowering device 11 is operated to raise the box-like object 14 to the top. Of course, the two are adjusted and stopped to such an extent that they do not come into contact with each other. Thereafter, a gripping air cylinder (not shown) in the transfer device 10 operates in reverse to release the grip on the partition plate 9. After the lowermost partition plate 9 is placed in the box-like object 14 in this manner, the lifting air cylinder 119 in the pallet lifting/lowering device 11 is operated in reverse to lower it to a predetermined position. Next, the drive motor 6 and the drive control device 7 move the transfer device 10 above the partition plate supply table 12, and the supply device 8 grips the thread body 1 and moves it to the pallet lifting device 11. Next, the lifting air cylinder 119 in the pallet lifting device 11 is operated to raise the box-like object 14, and the box-like object 1
The partition plate 9 in 4 contacts the detection rod 804 and pushes it up. Then, the limit switch 8 is activated by the detection rod 804.
07 is activated and sends out a detection signal. In response to such a detection signal, the lifting of the pallet lifting device 11 (that is, the box-like object 14) is stopped, and the lifting plate 80 of the feeding device 8 is stopped.
After the bobbin gripper 803 attached to the lifting plate 802 releases its grip on the thread body 1, the bobbin gripping tool 803 is attached to the lifting plate 802. Of course, the mounting position of the limit switch 807 and the length of the detection rod 804 are determined by the position of the spool 1 held by the bobbin gripping tool 803 when the lifting plate 802 is lowered by a small fixed distance from the time when the limit switch 807 is activated. The lower part is adjusted so that it is inserted into the support cap 91 on the partition plate 9. Next, the box-like object 14 is lowered to the initial predetermined position by the same operation as described above, and the supply device 8 is again moved back above the upright machine 3 by the drive motor 6 and the drive control device 7. At this time, the upright machine 3 is placed in an upright state after taking out the thread body 1 from the transport cart 2 again. Of course, the transport cart 2 from which all the thread bodies 1 have been taken out by the operation of the upright machine 3 is discharged by a transport vehicle transport mechanism (not shown), and the transport trolley 2 on which the thread bodies 1 are newly loaded Needless to say, it is prepared at a predetermined position. Then, when the feeding device 8 is operated twice again in the same manner as described above (that is, the 16 thread bodies 1 are placed on the first stage in the box-like object 14), the transfer device 1
0 grips the intermediate partition plate 9 again and moves above the pallet lifting device 11. Then, the gripping mechanism in the transfer device 10 is lowered by a certain distance, and the bullet lifting device 11 (ie, the box-like object 14) is raised to a predetermined position. After that, by releasing the grip on the partition plate 9, the first
A partition plate 9 is placed on top of the spools 1 in each stage (such a state is shown in FIG. 4). Furthermore, by repeating the same operation as described above in the second stage, the thread body 1 is carried into the box-like object 14, and the thread of the first stage is placed on the support cap 91 on the lower side of the partition plate 9. The upper part of the bobbin f of the body 1 is inserted and fixed, and the lower part of the bobbin ``of the second-stage thread body 1 is inserted and fixed into the upper support cap 91 of the partition plate 9. Next, the partition plate 14 is again placed on the upper part of the second stage of the thread body 1 by the transfer device 10. Here, after the second stage of thread bodies 1 (that is, a total of 32 thread bodies 1) is placed on the box-like object 14, the pallet lifting device u is moved by the phototube 20 and the light receiving tube 21. The drive is controlled. More specifically, when the spools 1 have been loaded onto the second stage, the pallet lifting device V (i.e., the box-like object 14) does not move down to the initial predetermined position, but moves to the current uppermost partition plate 9.
When the position of is detected by the phototube 20 and the light receiving tube 21, the descent is stopped. That is, the position of the partition plate 9 on which the thread body 1 is loaded next time is always the same as the phototube 20 and the light receiving tube 21.
is equal to the position of After that, the feeding device 8 moves again to the upper part of the pallet lifting device U (that is, the box-like object 14) (this state is shown in FIG. 3b), and then the lifting plate 802
is lowered by a predetermined distance. At this time, the detection rod 804 activates the limit switch 807, and in response to the detection signal, the detection rod 804 is further lowered by a small fixed distance in the same manner as described above. As a result, the lower end of the bobbin' of the thread body 1 held by the feeding device 8 is inserted into the support cap 91 of the partition plate 9. In other words, the box-like objects 14 do not need to move upward when loading the third and subsequent stages. Next, after the partition plate 9 is placed on top of the spool 1, the pallet lifting device 11 is lowered to the position of the phototube 20 and the light receiving tube 21, and the same operation as described above is repeated. As a result, the box-like object 14 has four tiers of thread bodies 1.
(In other words, a total of 64 spools 1) are loaded, and the above-mentioned upper partition plate 9 is placed on top (in this state, only the lower two tiers of spools 1 are loaded with box-shaped spools 1). 14, and the upper two tiers of spools 1 are exposed), the pallet lifting/lowering device 11 is lowered to the lowest end. As a result, the box-like object 14 is placed on the belt 15 again, discharged from the pallet lifting device 11, and transferred to the roller conveyor 1.
6 is transferred above. As explained above, in order to reduce the packaging cost per spool and to prevent the spool from being damaged during transportation, a plurality of spools are stacked in multiple layers alternately with partition plates in a box-like object. According to the present invention, the required length for lifting and lowering the box-shaped object and the length required for lifting and lowering the spool gripping device can be made extremely small, so that the pallet lifting device and the spool feeding device can be made extremely compact.

For this reason, there is no need to provide a large moving space above the feeding device, or to provide grooves to ensure the moving length at the bottom of the floor of the pallet lifting device, making the equipment for the packaging device extremely simple. There are also very few restrictions on equipment layout.
