なわち段ボール箱又は木箱内)においても把持解除の動
作が簡単に行ない得る板状体の移送菱層を提供せんと鋭

該レール5のほぼ中央下方にはパレット昇降装置10が
設置されていると共に、該レール5の他端側下方には前
記巻糸体1の端部を鉄入支持するための支持板11が多
数積載された支持板供給台12が載直されている。更に
、前記支持4には詳述しないが、該支持板供給台12に
おける最上部の該支持板11が常に所定位置となる如く
作動するスライダー13が設置されている。又、前記パ
レット昇降装置10の近傍には、箱状体14を該パレッ
ト昇降装置10上に供給するためのコンベア15及び該
パレット昇降装置10上にある該箱状体14を排出する
ためのローラコンベア16が設置されている。かかる梱
包装置を簡単に説明すると、まず前記箱状体14が人手
によってコンベア15の端部に戦直され前記パレット昇

リンダ904と4枚のガイド板905とが固着されてい
る。又該ガイド板905には各々端部にガイド溝906
とL型ガイド溝907とが設けられていると共に、スラ
イド軸908を介して移動板909が設置されている。
もちろん、スライド軸908の池端には突起状の係止臭
910が固着されて、該移動板909が該ガイド板90
5からはずれないようになされている。又、前記支持板
把持用ェアシリンダ904にはロッド911を介して摺
動板912が固着されている。該摺動板912には4方
に(すなわち前記ガイド板905に対応して)摺動溝9

移動板909と連続されている。更に該楢動溝913に
は前記ガイド板905にピン915により回動自在に設
置されたL型レバー916の1端に設けたガイドピン9
17が摺動自在に隊合されている。又該L型レバー91

がヒンジ結合されており、更に該ロッド919の池端に
はピン9201こより回動自在に回動板921がヒンジ
結合されている。ここで、該回動板921には前記ガイ
ド簿906及びL型ガイド溝907に楢動自在に鉄合さ
れるピン922及び923が設置されていると共に、把
持爪924が設置されている。ここで、前述の如き移送
装置9における支持板把持機構の動作について説明する
。まず把持する前は第2図bに示す状態にあるが、前記
昇降用ェアシリンダ901が作動してロッド902を伸
長させる。かかる下降動作によって前記移動板909が
支持板11に接触するとほぼ同時に前記把持用ェアシリ
ンダ904がロッド911を短縮する如く作動し、前記
摺動板912を前記ガイド板905に対して相対的に上
昇させる。従って、前記ガイドピン917が前記槽動溝
913内を摺敷することによって前記L型レバー916
を第2図aに示す矢印方向に回動する。かかるL型レバ
ー916の回動は前記ロッド919を介して回動板92
1を回動せしめるが、ここで該回動板921はピン92
2及び923が前記ガイド溝922及びL型ガイド溝9
23と摺動自在に鉄合されているので、その位置を上方
に移動させながら第2図aに矢印B方向に回動する。従
って、回動板921に取付けられた把持爪924の回動
時における移動空間(特に横方向の移動空間)を非常に

を把持するがかかる状態を第2図aに示す。次に把持し
た支持板11を解放する際には前述と反対の動作によっ
て行なわれるが、その詳細な説明は省略する。又、前記
箱状物14の内部等で把持した支持板11を解放する際
には、特に前記把持用ヱアシリンダ904の逆作動にお
けるロッド911の移動距離を極めて小さくし、前記バ
ネ914の弾性力によって強制的に下方へ押し出すよう
にすれば、前記把持爪924の移動空間が極めて小さく
できるので好都合である。尚、本実施例においては本発
明になる板状体の移送装置を自動梱包装置における支持
板の移送に採用せしめたが、その他任意の板状体の移送
