Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電トランスジューサから放射される超音波を試料に照
    射する音響レンズと、試料から反射した超音波または試
    料を透過した超音波を圧電トランスジューサにより変換
    して得た電気信号を画像表示する表示手段と、前記の音
    響レンズおよび試料を音響レンズの光軸方向に相対的に
    変位させる移動手段とを具える超音波顕微鏡においで、
    前記の光軸方向における音響レンズと試料との相対的変
    位量を検出する手段と、この検出した変位量を表示する
    手段とを具えたことを特徴とする超音波顕微鏡。
