    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 線速度が一定な状態で再生可能なディスクから情報を読
    取る動作を一時的に中断するモードを有す２情報読取装
    置であって、読取動作中断指令が発せられてから読取動
    作再開指令が発せられるまで中断モード制御信号を発生
    する制御信号発生手段と、前記中段モード制御信号が存
    在するとき前記ディスクの回転速度が前記中断モード制
    御信号の発生時における前記ディスクの回転速度にほぼ
    等しくなるように前記ディスクを駆動するディスク駆動
    手段と、前記中断モード制御信号が存在するとき前記デ
    ィスクの半径方向における前記ピックアップの位置の制
    御を停止するピックアップ位置制御手段とを含むことを
    特徴とする読取り動作中断モードを有する情報読取装置
    。
