    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ウェハーを熱処理する加熱処理室を縦方向に加熱
    空間をもつ構造とし、半導体ウェハーの搬入、搬出部を
    該加熱処理室の縦方向長さの中間部分に形成し、半導体
    ウェハーを個々に載置する細分割された複数台のヒータ
    ープレートを、水平に保持しかつ上下方向に配列して前
    記加熱処理室内に昇降可能に設置したことを特徴とする
    半導体ウェハー加熱装置。
