Claims (1)
- 被写体のスライス面上において被写体を囲むようリング
型に多数配列される放射線検出器と、この放射線検出器
のリング型配列の内側において前記被写体を囲みかつ前
記スライス面を挾むよう配置される少なくとも２枚のリ
ング型スライスシールドとを有し、前記被写体中のスラ
イス面内の部分から発せられる放射線を前記２枚のリン
グ型スライスシールドの間隙を通して前記放射線検出器
に入射させ、各放射線検出器から得たデータを画像再構
成処理することにより前記被写体中に分布する放射性同
位元素の前記スライス面上での２次元分布像を断層像と
して再構成するリング型、’ 、 ＥＣＴ装置にお
いて、前記放射線検出器のリング型配列の内側に前記被
写体を囲むよう配置される、帯状の高吸収率物質と帯状
の低吸収率物質とが軸方向に並ぶ少なくとも１個のドラ
ムと、このドラムの軸方向端部において該ドラムを軸方
向に移動させるドラム駆動装置とを備えることを特徴と
するリング型ＥＣＴ装置。
