Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料室内に配置された試料に電子線を照射して試料を観
    察する装置において、試料室に隣接して真空排気される
    予備室を設け、該試料室と予備室との間を真空弁を介し
    て連通可能となし、該真空弁を開いた状態で試料ホルタ
    −を電子線光軸に垂直な方向から前記予備室を通して前
    記試料室に挿入可能に構成し、前記予備室内の該試料ホ
    ルダー□　　の挿入方向に垂直な面内に、試料ホルダー
    に装着された試料をエツチングするためのイオン銃と該
    試料を蒸着するための蒸着源を設けたことを特徴とする
    電子線装置。
