No. 814) in which all or part of the matters essential to the structure of the invention are the main parts of the invention, and two electrical conductors are connected by a fusible alloy. By mass-producing temperature fuses, which are made by encasing the outside of a thermal element with an insulating material of an appropriate length and width, it is possible to achieve the same purpose as in nuclear power plants, that is, to produce a homogeneous and high-performance temperature fuse. It is intended to be manufactured at low cost.

As shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3, a strip 2 made of a suitable strip of paper, cloth, nylon, Tetron film, etc. is placed on a suitable base 1, and the upper surface of this strip 2 is placed on a suitable base 1. To,
Two electric conductors 3 and 4 are connected in advance with a fusible alloy 5, and a large number of temperature sensing elements A each having a hard insulating tube 5 such as a glass tube inserted into the outer periphery 1 of the fusible alloy 5 are connected at a substantially constant rate. After arranging them with the interval B maintained, a heat-resistant adhesive 6 such as epoxy resin adhesive 1 is applied to one side of these strips and the entire surface of the temperature sensing element A by brush coating, spray coating, etc. After this adhesive has dried and hardened, the strip 2 is cut along with the adhesive layer 6 between each temperature sensing element A, so that the strip 2 is placed on the upper surface of the center part of the strip 2 as shown in FIG. It is possible to manufacture a large number of temperature fuses B each having a temperature-sensitive element A covered with a heat-resistant adhesive 6 and a heat-resistant adhesive 6 fixed to each other.

At the same time, it is possible to prevent the cut fusible alloy from scattering outside the strip or the adhesive layer.

ことができる特徴がある。As described above, the present invention provides a temperature sensing element in which two electrical conductors are connected using a fusible alloy, and a hard insulating tube inserted into the fusible alloy part is inserted into a strip of paper, cloth, nylon, or Tetron film, etc. A large number of them are arranged at approximately constant intervals on the top surface of the piece,
After applying a heat-resistant adhesive' to the entire surface of the strip and the temperature sensing element or insulating tube, the adhesive layer between each temperature sensing element and the strip are cut to create uniform dimensions. The feature is that high-performance temperature fuses can be mass-produced at extremely low cost.

All or a part of the matters indispensable to the structure of the invention in Item 4) are made into the main part of the indispensable features, that is, between nuclear power plants, the thermosensor is made of fusible alloy. They are arranged on the adhesive surface of the insulation enclosure adhesive tape with hard insulating tubes inserted thereon, and a heat-resistant adhesive is applied on these temperature-sensitive elements and the adhesive tape. By using a strip made of paper, cloth, nylon or Tetron film instead of the above insulating adhesive tape, production costs can be further reduced and mass production of homogeneous, high performance temperature fuses can be made possible. It is something that
