Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce a resistance thermometer with high precision using a temperature sensitive wire composed of Pt-Co alloy suitable for the extremely low temperature area by connecting a lead wire through the end wire made of the same material as the temperature sensitive wire.
CONSTITUTION: At four sides longitudinal of the cross shape taking up frame 4 made of quartz, the respective winding in grooves 5 are formed. The coil type temperature sensitive wire 1 composed of Pt-Co alloy is bent and the bent point thereof is passed through a hole at one end of the taking up frame 4 and fixed.
