Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize a mass production of a high-quality temperature sensor with a high working efficiency, by forming the 1st and 2nd insulating sheets into a sandwich shape via the conductor foil of a prescribed from and then providing the prescribed opening to store the temperature-sensitive element.
