Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ワークを取付取外し可能な支持台と、該支持台に
    固定され取付支持用テーパー軸部と脱着操作用環状溝と
    ボールクランプ装置によるクランプ用クランプ軸部とを
    設けたホルダーとからなるパレットを特徴とするワーク
    交換装置。
  2. （２）ワークを取付取外し可能な支持台と、該支持台に
    固定され取付支持用テーパー軸部と脱着操作用環状溝と
    クランプ軸部とを設けたホルダーと、該ホルダーのテー
    パー軸部を挿入支持する支持部材を所定間隔で複数個有
    し該支持部材を交換位置と取出位置との間に選択移動す
    る搬送装置と、工作機械のテーブルに取付取外し可能で
    前記パレットを脱着可能なる加工治具と、該加工治具と
    前記搬送装置との間のパレットの受渡しを行なう取出ア
    ームとを有するワーク交換装置。
  3. （３）前記加工治具にパレットのホルダーのテーパー軸
    部を挿入するテーパー穴と、該テーパー穴の下方に移動
    可能に装着されたピストンと内部に形成された放射状貫
    通穴にそれぞれ複数のボールを収容し上下摺動可能に加
    工治具内に挿入されたクランプ板とが設けられ、該クラ
    ンプ板中心穴にホルダーのクランプ軸部が挿入されたと
    き前記ボールがクランプ軸部に係合し、前記ピストンに
    よりクランプ板を下方に押圧移動することによりパレッ
    トを下方に引張り固定することを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第２項に記載のワーク交換装置。
