パワートランジスタが係合される凹部が、該凹部の一側
にパワートランジスタのリード脚と外部リード線とを接
続するソケット部が、前記凹部の他側に、取付孔を有す
る取付部がそれぞれ形成され、前記取付部の取付孔に適
用される一本の取付ネジにて、パワートランジスタを取
付けることができることを特徴とするトランジスタ取付
