Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関用点火装置の回路の一部をスイッチング素子で
    短絡または切り離すことにより点火動作を阻止する機関
    停止回路と、内燃機関のクランク室内の潤滑オイルのレ
    ベルが所定レベル未満になったときに検出動作をするオ
    イルレベルセンサと、前記オイルレベルが所定レベル未
    満になって前記オイルレベルセンサが検出動作をしたと
    きに導通して前記点火動作を阻止するように前記スイッ
    チング素子を動作させる機関停止回路駆動用サイリ刻夕
    とを備えた内燃機関停止装置において、前記点火装置の
    電源により充電される第１のコンデンサと、前記オイル
    レベルセンサが検出動作をしたときにオン状態になって
    前記第１のコンデンサの充電電流を該第１のコンデンサ
    から側路するスイッチング回路と、前記スイッチング回
    路がオン状態にあるときに前記第１のコンデンサの電荷
    により該スイッチング回路参道して充電される第２のコ
    ンデンサと、前記第２のコンデンサの端子電圧が設定値
    に達したときに前記サイリスタをトリガするトリガ回路
    と、前記サイリスタの導通時に前記第２のコンデンサを
    放電させるコンデンサ放電回路とを具備したことを特徴
    と子る内燃機関停止装置。
