Conventionally, in order to construct a median strip on an existing road, it is necessary to cut out a certain width of asphalt or other pavement from the center of the road where it is to be installed, and then lay blocks on both sides of the imaginary line of the median strip.
When inserting filler soil between them and compacting them, or when forming recessed holes for embedding pillars in parallel opposing blocks, the opposing blocks may bulge outward due to construction machinery or other equipment. It is not possible to carry out the construction work as planned, and the width used for the work needs to be wider than the width that makes up the median strip, and the construction period is also long, causing an obstruction to traffic. It has the disadvantage that it moves when external force is applied to it, such as from the wheels of a vehicle.

However, the present invention involves cutting out a certain width of pavement in the center of the road, drilling recessed holes at regular intervals in this part, laying mortar, and making through holes at the same intervals as the recessed holes. The median strip blocks are fixed, pillars are inserted into the four holes and through holes, concrete is filled around the pillars and secured, and guardrails are installed between the pillars. The width can be narrow, it can be constructed extremely quickly and firmly without any block movement, and it does not interfere with common traffic, thus solving the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, a notch 2 is provided by cutting out a slightly wider width of the median strip block 5 from the pavement in the center of the road, and the median strip block 5 is placed in this portion.
The concave hole 3 and the through hole 6 are aligned and laid through the mortar 4, and then the column 13 is inserted into the concave hole 3 and the through hole 6, and the column 1
3, the recessed hole 3, and the through hole 6 with concrete 1γ, the pillars 13 can be erected and the median strip block 5 can be laid down quickly and easily.

In the conventional method, when forming a median strip in the center of a road, the pavement is first cut to a width slightly wider than that required for the median strip, blocks are laid opposite each other along a certain width, and the gaps between the blocks are cut out. In this case, the structure was filled with soil and compacted to form a recessed hole in the place where the support was to be erected, the support was inserted into the hole, and concrete was filled around the support and the support was erected. The blocks were joined with mortar, so if you put filler soil in and compact the blocks before the mortar has hardened, the blocks will move and construction will not be possible in an orderly manner. Even if it were, the blocks would slide outwards when the soil was compacted, making it impossible to construct the blocks in an orderly manner.

However, since the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be constructed in a short period of time without requiring any special skills, so it does not interfere with the traffic, and the median strip block 5 is installed on the pillar 1.

Additionally, since the pillars 13 are erected through the central through-hole 6 of the median strip block 5, the pillars 13 are also strong, and the median strip blocks 5 are constructed by cutting out a portion of the pavement. The notch 2 is cut into the pavement, so it is firmly fixed, and a connecting fitting 7 is buried above the end of the median strip block 5, and a recess 8 is provided inside it. Therefore, by butting the adjacent ones against each other, the connecting holes 10 and 10 of the connecting fittings γ and 7 will match each other, and the bolt 15 is inserted and tightened with the nut, and the recess 8 is filled with mortar. This makes the bond even stronger.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects: it can be constructed quickly and easily, it is strong and inexpensive, and it does not obstruct traffic as it has in the past.

Incidentally, four inclined sections 11 are provided on both sides of the upper part of the median strip flock 5, and reflectors 12 are attached to the ends of these sections.
By doing so, the reflector can be installed at the same time as the construction of the median strip block 5, saving time and making vehicle operation safer.
