Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上定盤および下定盤をそなえかつ上記両定盤の対
    向した面に研摩布をもった両面研摩盤の上記両定盤に摺
    接し上記両定盤の半径方向に沿って配設されたブラシ体
    と、上記上定盤を回転させる中心軸に回転自在に嵌合し
    て側面に上記ブラシ体の一方の端部を回転自在に支持す
    る軸受部をもった支持体と、上記下定盤より外側の固定
    部位に設けられて上記ブラシ体の他方の端部を回転自在
    に保持するブラシ保持装置と、上記ブラシ体を回転駆動
    する駆動機構とを具備したことを特徴とする研摩布クリ
    ーニング装置。
  2. （２）ブラシ保持装置はブラシ体を半割り状に保持する
    基体と蓋体とを具備することを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の研摩布クリーニング装置。
  3. （３）支持体は複数個の軸受部をもっていることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載
    の研摩布クリーニング装置。
