    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 球面を有し、該球面の１本の軸線の周りに回転駆動され
    るみがき皿と、該みがき皿の球面に被研磨体を接触させ
    、それ自体回転する研磨治具とを備えた球面研磨装置に
    おいそ、前記研磨治具による接触位置を、前記球面の赤
    道付近において、かつ、それを周期的に越えて変化させ
    る研磨治具駆動部材を設けたことを特徴とする球面研磨
    装置。
