    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車輌に設置されるセンターフロアタイプのパーキングブ
    レーキレバーにおいて、該レバーにはケーブルを介して
    ブレーキ機構に連結される回転自在なケーブル巻取ガイ
    ド部材と該巻取ガイド部材をブレーキ作動位置に錠止す
    るためのラチェット機構とが配設され、該ラチェット機
    構のつめは巻取ガイド部材にその回転軸線と平行な軸線
    の周りに回転自在に支持され且つブレーキ解除用ノブに
    作用的に連結されて、ブレーキをかけた後制動力を保持
    したままレバーのみ元の位置へ戻せるようにしたことを
    特徴とするパーキングブレーキレバー〇
