Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 弁ハウジングの内壁がハウジングを貫通する一定寸
法の井原通路を確定し、該井原通路が同軸の球状に外側
に曲がった拡大中間部分により連結された整合した同軸
の直線状両端部分を有し、固定弁部材が弁座を構成する
平滑なシール面を有する一端面を備え、且つその残りの
面が滑らかな外形をもつ実質上水滴状を有し、前記拡大
中間部分に同軸同心状に配置され、拡大中間部分の側で
弁ハウジングの内壁に取り付けられ、その外周に前記一
定寸法の環状通路を確定し、前記外形は鋭角屈曲部及び
急激な方向変化が実質的にない環状通路を確定するよう
に形成されており、軽量にして且つ中央貫通開口を有す
るチューブ状弁要素が環状通路に隣接して井原通路の一
端部分に同軸且つ同心に往復動自在に配置され環状通路
を横切って延び弁座に密封係合する全閉鎖位置と前記一
端部分にはまり込み、環状通路と中央開口と完全に連通
ずる全開放位置との間を前記一端部分の内壁に沿って何
れかの方向に速やかに移動するようになっており、前記
弁座に接するチューブ状弁要素の端部に流体圧受圧面を
有し、環状通路に面し、環状通路の流体圧にさらされて
おり、充分な流体圧を受けてチューブ状弁要素を閉鎖位
置から開放位置へ移動せしめるようになっており、偏倚
装置がチューブ状弁要素に作用し、チューブ状弁要素を
横切る流体圧力差が予じめ決められた最小値を越えるま
でチューブ状弁要素を閉鎖位置に保持し、この最小値を
越えると偏倚装置の偏倚力に抗してチューブ状弁要素を
閉鎖位置から全開放位置に直ちに移動し流体管路を通る
流体の全流量を弁を通過せしめるようにし、それにより
閉鎖時には一つの流体管路を流れる一方向の流動を遮断
し、且つ開放時に同流体管路の他方向の流動を一様の流
速及び高流量で圧力降下が無視できる状態で、前記流通
路を完全流動させるようにした流量制御弁。 2 前記偏倚装置をコイルスプリングにした実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項に記載の流量制御弁。 3 前記コイルスプリングを圧縮スプリングにした実用
新案登録請求の範囲第2項に記載の流量制御弁。 4 前記チューブ状弁要素は前記弁座に係合する端部が
密封ランドで終り、その側面が前記チューブ状弁要素の
外方へ向き、かつ流体圧受圧面の作用を有する、実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の流量制御弁。 5 前記チューブ状弁要素が、比較的耐漏密封状態で緊
密に前記一端部分の流通路の内壁に摺動可能に係合する
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の流量制御弁。 6 弁要素の外壁及び前記内壁が緊密に配置されてそれ
らの間に液密シールを画定している実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項に記載の流量制御弁。 7 前記弁座が弾性材料のシール面を有する実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項に記載の流量制御弁。 8 前記偏倚装置は、許容された方向から流れ始まる場
合前記弁要素を介して発生される流体圧差で開放するよ
うに配設される実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の
流量制御弁。 9 前記偏倚装置を設けて、正規配管圧を超過する配管
圧の場合前記弁要素を介して発生される流体圧差で開放
させる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の流量制御
弁。
