ハウジング内の遊び歯車の破断部分図、第5,5A図は
第2圧縮機ハウジングの部分断面図で、線A−Aで分離
されたもの、第6図は第3圧縮機ハウジングの羽根車軸
と半分の羽根車を示した断面図、第7図は羽根車を羽根
車軸に結合するための新規な配置を示す概略図である。 図ニオイて、10はガス圧縮機ユニット、14は歯車ハ
ウジング、16,18.20はそれぞれ圧縮機ハウジン
グ、22.24は壁、26は駆動歯車、28は遊び歯車
、30.32は歯車装置、 ・50は軸、52は羽根

20; 前記ハウジングの各々の内部の複数の継続的ガス圧縮段

46; 前記ハウジングの最後のもの20からガスを放出する装
置; 継続的ガス圧縮のため前記ハウジングの各々間でガスを
