DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to fabrics and knitted fabrics made of natural fibers, non-thermoplastic synthetic fibers, or blends and interwovens of both, as well as fabrics such as velveteen, kohl, flocked, and brushed fabrics that have a three-dimensional effect. The present invention relates to a method for revealing a pattern of shapes.

In the woven or knitted fabric treated in this way, only the printed areas are flattened, the non-printed areas are restored to their original appearance, and are further softened by the absorbent softener, resulting in a height difference between the printed and non-printed areas. As soon as it appears, an iridescent effect appears due to the difference between the color of the stamped area and the color of the non-imprinted area.

In addition, in pile fabrics such as velveteen, kohl-ten, raised, and flocked fabrics, an iridescent pattern with an even more three-dimensional effect appears.

Conventionally, embossing rolls have been applied as a method of adding heights (unevenness) to woven or knitted fabrics, but with this method, although the heights (unevenness) pattern can be revealed, it is difficult to color the embossing portions.

In addition, this method has the disadvantages that engraving the embossing roll is extremely expensive, that it takes a long time to manufacture, that engraving the pattern requires a pair of female and male rolls, and that it is impossible to create complex patterns. Therefore, it is difficult to put it into practical use from all aspects, including technical, economic, and responsiveness to trends.

Furthermore, in the case of the embossing application method, it is necessary to pat the entire woven or knitted fabric with synthetic resin, dry it, and then press it, resulting in a product with a hard texture and poor durability.

特にパイル物についての耐久性は実用上の問題がある。In particular, the durability of pile materials poses a practical problem.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-2800 discloses a concave-convex shrink printing method in which a three-dimensional concave-convex pattern is formed on a fabric, but in this method, when a thermoplastic synthetic fiber fabric is printed and dried under no tension, the printed area is A method of expressing a permanent uneven pattern by printing on a thermoplastic synthetic fiber fabric with a printing paste that creates concavities and convexities in the non-printed areas, and then heat-setting the fabric at the required temperature in a tension-free state. However, this method is limited to thermoplastic synthetic fibers and cannot be carried out when the fabric is composed of natural fibers or non-thermoplastic synthetic fibers, and the unevenness expressed on the thermoplastic synthetic fiber fabric is also difficult to implement. As shown in FIG. 1, the non-printed portion a is raised in the shape of a mountain, and the uneven boundary between the printed portion C and the non-printed portion a is not clear.

However, since the present invention can be applied to any printing method such as general roller printing or auto screen printing, it has the advantage that any pattern can be applied economically and in a manner that can quickly respond to trends.

Any hue can be freely selected for the hue difference between the printed and non-printed areas, which is important for making the iridescent effect visible, and for the texture, a sufficient amount of self-imprint can be used to make the difference in height visible. By applying cross-linked thermoplastic resin only to the printing area and by washing the absorbent fabric softener, an extremely good texture and an iridescent effect due to the difference in height are realized, and as for durability. It can fully withstand general washing and dry cleaning methods, and is a completely new method for revealing iridescent patterns that eliminates all of the drawbacks of conventional products.

The present invention can be applied to natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, and linen, non-thermoplastic synthetic fibers such as cotton, cupro, triacetate, and polyacrylic, and fabrics made of blends and weaves thereof. Stamping part d through the roll
The non-printed area e was pressed as shown in Figure 2A, and then treated with a cleaning solution containing an adsorbent surfactant to form the area shown in Figure 2B.
As shown in , since the non-printed area e is restored to the original appearance of the woven or knitted fabric, the boundary and height difference between the printed area d and the non-printed area e are clearly visible.
