The present invention relates to a white pattern printing method of a velvet fabric composed of acetate pile yarns, and a velvet fabric manufactured by the method. More specifically, white or white acetate yarns constituting the pile are printed in various colors. It relates to a method of printing white patterns of velvet fabrics capable of forming white two-tone patterns.

As is well known, the configuration of velvet fabric is a structure in which a file is formed on the surface of the floor paper. Specifically, the pile is woven together on the floor paper composed of warp and weft, so that the pile is made to have a certain length on the surface of the fabric. It is exposed.

The velvet fabric configured as described above is known as a fabric having very soft touch and excellent heat retention by a pile.

Various processing methods have been disclosed in order to produce various designs in the velvet fabric described above, and there is a burnout processing in which a file is partially removed according to a desired pattern to produce a pattern.

The velvet fabric with a pattern formed by the above burnout processing is composed of only warp and weft by removing the pile, and the part where the pile is not removed is expressed in a pattern shape, and such a burnout pile fabric has a visual effect. There is an advantage that can be expected, but there is a disadvantage that the warmth is greatly degraded due to the part composed of only warp and weft.

In order to solve the above disadvantages, a method of forming a three-dimensional pattern of a velvet fabric by stamping a velvet fabric without removing the pile with a roller having an uneven pattern, shearing the pile and restoring it to its original state has been disclosed.

In addition, a method of forming a pattern of a desired pattern by pressing and fusion bonding a pile of velvet fabric with a heat embossing roller having a predetermined pattern has been proposed.

In the above case, it is technical to form a complex and various three-dimensional design.

Due to the limitation, the three-dimensional effect decreases, and at the same time, the expression of various design colors on the surface is excluded, making it impossible to give a variety of luxurious images.

Therefore, velvet fabrics manufactured by dyeing various patterns in various colors have been disclosed. In velvet fabrics composed of acetate pile yarns, piles cannot produce white or white two-tone patterns.

The reason is that, in the case of white acetate yarn, after printing in an arbitrary color, it does not discharge, or even if it is discharged, it does not discharge in a completely white color, so the conventional printing method is a velvet fabric composed of a pile of acetate yarn. There is a problem in that it is not possible to form a white or two-tone pattern in white, so it is impossible to manufacture a velvet fabric with a design in various colors including white color.

An object of the present invention for solving the above problems is to provide a printing method capable of forming a white or white two-tone pattern in a velvet fabric composed of a pile of acetate yarns.

The purpose of this is to provide a velvet fabric in which a pile made of acetate yarn has a full white or white two-tone pattern, as well as having designs produced in various colors by the above-described printing method.

The present invention is to achieve the above object, the step of weaving a velvet fabric composed of a pile of acetate yarn; and a mixing ratio of caustic soda and printing paste by preparing 40-45% caustic soda (NaOH) and printing paste. Mixing 1:1 or 1.5:1; Put the caustic soda solution mixed in this way into a solution container provided on a roller or base, apply caustic soda solution to a pattern roller having a predetermined pattern, and apply a velvet fabric to the bottom of the pattern roller. The step of forming a pattern on the pile with a caustic soda solution by pressing the pile made of acetate yarn while the pattern roller is moving; And, the velvet fabric covered with the caustic soda solution is passed through a tenter (dryer) to smear the pile in the form of a pattern. Drying the caustic soda solution; and putting the dried velvet fabric patterned with the caustic soda solution into a dye container with dye and dyeing; It is a feature of the present invention.

According to the present invention as described above, since the acetate yarn can form a white or white two-tone pattern even in the case of a velvet fabric composed of piles, there is an effect of creating a design having a new color in the velvet fabric made of a pile of acetate yarn. .

According to the present invention, a pattern is formed on a pile made of acetate yarn by a pattern roller moistened with a caustic soda solution so that it is not dyed and the entire velvet fabric is dyed. It has the advantage of being able to produce velvet fabrics.

Hereinafter, a method for printing a white pattern of a velvet fabric composed of an acetate pile yarn according to the present invention and a velvet fabric manufactured by the method will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

First, a method for printing a white pattern of a velvet fabric composed of an acetate pile yarn according to the present invention will be described.

Prepared by weaving a velvet fabric (1) composed of a pile of acetate yarn, and preparing a 40-45% concentration of caustic soda (NaOH) and printing paste, and mixing the mixture ratio of caustic soda and printing paste at 1:1 or 1.5:1 To prepare a caustic soda solution (2).

A caustic soda solution (2) was prepared in the solution container (10-3) provided in the roller printing machine by preparing the facilities of a roller printing machine (10) and a tenter (20) for forming a pattern on a pile of velvet fabric made of acetate yarn. ).

Since the above-described roller printing machine 10 and tenter 20 are general facilities for forming and drying a pattern on a fabric, a detailed description of the configuration has been omitted.

In the state prepared as described above, when the velvet fabric (1) composed of acetate yarn is mounted on one side of the roller printing machine (10) to start the work, the pattern roller (10-1) rotates and the caustic soda is added to the pattern roller. The solution (2) is buried, and then, while the velvet fabric (1) is moved in close contact with the pattern roller (10-1), the pattern roller presses the pile 101 made of acetate yarn, and the caustic soda solution is added to the pile (1-1). To form caustic soda solution pattern (1-2).

In this way, the caustic soda solution is buried on the pile, and the velvet fabric on which the caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) is formed is passed through the inside of the tenter (dryer) to dry the caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) on the pile.

At this time, the speed and temperature at which the velvet fabric passes through the tenter (dryer) are controlled to control the drying state of the caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) on the pile of the velvet fabric. It is possible to provide a pattern in which the color is completely white or two-tone white.

In this way, the caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) is formed and the dried velvet fabric is put in a dye container with dye and dyed; and the caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) and the dyeing process applied to the file in the form of a pattern after dyeing. The step of washing the chemicals and foreign matters stained in with water; a velvet fabric (1) having a white two-tone pattern (1-3) is produced.

The velvet fabric by the white printing method of the velvet fabric composed of the acetate pile yarn according to the present invention as described above is a caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) formed of a caustic soda solution even if the entire velvet fabric is dyed in black or in various colors. The caustic soda solution pattern (1-2) is expressed in white color after washing the velvet fabric even if the dye does not penetrate or penetrates into the pile, depending on the depth of the caustic soda solution penetrating into the caustic soda solution pattern formed on the pile. The pattern (1-3) is formed in full white or two-tone white.
