As is well known, conventional denim fabrics, for example, use dyed yarns for the warp yarns and white yarns for the weft yarns. It is a thickly woven fabric. In this denim fabric,
The dyed threads used as warp threads are usually dyed in advance with dyes such as indigo, and have q,'
In addition, denim dyed with indigo is called blue denim and is provided as a waste fabric for clothing. This conventional denim fabric is usually subjected to a fulling process, then sewn into secondary products such as clothing, and subjected to a discoloration process as required. This conventional discoloration treatment is a process in which the dye of the dyed yarn used for the warp is applied completely and without any effort by means such as blow washing, and is aimed at creating a regular and patterned expression. It was not something that could be accomplished.

Furthermore, in the method for manufacturing a denim fabric which is partially discolored, the present invention provides a method for producing a denim fabric which is partially discolored, in which a pressure-applied area and a non-pressure area are formed on the surface of the colored denim fabric in an embossed pattern with an appropriate pattern. a process of embossing to form;
Partially coloring the non-pressure area formed by the embossing process, including the steps of: raising the raised part at least partially; and applying a puff treatment to the raised part to discolor the raised surface. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing denim fabric which is subjected to drop treatment.

Denim fabric f1 to which this invention is applied. l usually uses pre-dyed dyed threads for the warp and white threads for the weft, so that more dyed threads are exposed on one side (front side) and more white threads are exposed on the other side (back side). It is a thickly woven fabric, such as twill weave or oblique weave. In this invention, the denim fabric (1) is first subjected to embossing. The embossing process is carried out by heating an embossing roll engraved with a pre-selected pattern, letters, or designs (approximately 150" to 200").
C), 7' = surface of mu fabric + 21'! An i-pressure type pressurizer is used to completely form a pressurized portion +31 and a non-pressurized portion (4) on the surface (2) of the denim fabric (1). The pressure area 13+ formed by the embossing process is strongly pressed by the embossed convex part of the embossing roll to form a concave pressure area (1) against the colored denim fabric (1).
3), and also imparts gloss to the pressed area and enhances the color fixing effect. On the other hand, the non-pressurized portions (A) are formed corresponding to the four parts of the embossing roll that are embossed, and are the portions in which no pressure is applied at all, and the pressurized portions. In comparison to [3], the embodiment includes a partial assembly that is formed with almost no pressure. Further, the embossing process may include not only providing concave portions and convex portions in the denim fabric (1) but also providing intermediate concave portions. A napping process is applied to the surface (4a) of the non-pressurized portion (4) of the denim fabric thus formed. The raising process may be performed on the entire non-pressurized portion (4), or may be performed partially on a predetermined portion. That is, in the latter case,
The non-pressure part (4) raised by the embossing process is formed by a mere protruding plane and a raised surface, which provides a greater variety of shapes. . The napping process is performed using processing means such as rubber or sound paper that is configured to be driven by a rotating system. Next, after the napping process has been applied, a puff process is performed. The puffing process removes the color of the colored denim fabric by abrading the raised part, and uses paper, leather, artificial leather, cloth, etc. that are driven by a rotating system. I get irritated. This puffing process prevents discoloration of the raised part of the denim fabric. In this way, the partially discolored denim fabric is transferred to a washing process as required. This washing treatment softens and shrinks the denim fabric, and in addition, as a finishing touch for the discoloration, the color contrast between the discolored area and the pressurized area is emphasized. It is sufficient to perform this washing treatment at, for example, 60''C for about 20 minutes.

In the denim fabric of this invention having the above structure, an appropriate pattern is embossed on the colored denim fabric,
The protruding surface is brushed by the embossing process, and the color is removed by a puff treatment etc. to effectively fix the color in a regular color pattern related to the pattern of the embossing roll selected in advance. Since the embossed area is effectively discolored through the raising and puffing process, a distinct discoloration pattern with regular brown contrast associated with the preselected embossed pattern is obtained. The partially discolored denim fabric of the present invention formed in this way can be widely used as clothing, personal items, folk crafts and their exterior materials, as well as interior decoration materials, etc. It is something.
